I look forward to posting some updates about the students learning during the Summer Term soon.
We matched pictorial and concrete representations of amounts to it's numeral.
Our topic this term is all about 'New Life'. One of the areas we are exploring are about plants. We looked closely at the different natural materials we found trapped in ice. We then explored how we could set them free!
The children in Blythe Class were so excited to find a special visitor in our outdoor area! Meet Sheldon, our super cool snail! The children made a home and gathered yummy treats for him to eat. Take a look at the special messages they wrote for our new friend, such fantastic writing!
Can you go on a walk around your area or garden and see what kind of minibeasts you may find? Talk about what you can see, how many legs it has. Where did you find it? Can you have a go at naming your minibeast and writing its name? Remember to fred talk your words for your writing :)
